Position Summary:
Provide support to Commercial Lines team in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing
accounts.
Responsibilities:

Prepare policies and product for delivery to insured and invoicing; prepare summaries according to guidelines.

Resolve coverage/pricing discrepancies with insurance company.
-
Maintain effective working relationships with current and prospective clients, producers, company, and agency associates.

Identify cross sell, account round, and up-sell opportunities refer gaps in coverage and other account deficiencies to Account manager.
-
Support all corporate initiatives as requested, guided by company values, sales culture, business needs and scorecard.

Support 4 Account Managers minimum.

Communicate clients’ needs and binding instructions to carriers.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years insurance experience in account servicing.

Open to continuing education, college degree preferred.

Must have a Florida State issued 440 License or commitment to pursue within allotted time frame.

Customer Service Representative designation preferred not required.

Must be proficient in Word and Excel.

Skills to include but not limited to handling and processing of policies, requesting, and obtaining loss runs, amending policies per request via endorsements, issuing certificates and have a keen eye to detail and accuracy.
