Position Summary:
Middle Market Accounts, $500k Book of Business in Revenue, varied types of business.
Primary focus on Property and Casualty including but not limited to Condominiums, Restaurants
and Professional Liability.
Responsibilities:

Communicate clients’ needs and binding instructions to carriers.

Implement and maintain a quality service plan ensuring the accuracy of binders, policies, certificates, and other relevant documents.

Manage client accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of premiums and payments to carriers.

Provide proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner.

Accurately input policy updates and account information.

Planning and directing quoting process, implementation, and administration of various accounts over several industries.

Review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages, and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.

Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and complies with all internal policies and procedures.

Maintain knowledge of and analysis insurance regulations, trends, and prevailing practices among similar organizations.

Utilize the agency management system in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all pertinent account information.

Create and prepare quotes and proposals.

Assist with client presentations.

Prepare and present renewal proposals to existing clients.

Make necessary contacts both inside and outside of the organization to obtain client requested information.

Support sales efforts by managing assigned new business submissions and accounts as effectively as possible.

Assist with managing the entire account-service process.

Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy.

Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety etc.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Commercial Lines
-
Proficiency with Agency management Systems like TAM or Applied.

Salary negotiable based on credentials

Must have a State of Florida 220 License

Preferred CSR Designation
